Notice is hereby given that the City of Jackson, Tennessee Beer Board, will meet on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 8:15 a.m. in the City Council Conference Room, City Hall, 101 East Main Street, Jackson, Tennessee, to consider applications for beer licenses and conduct a Show-Cause hearing for the respondent listed on the agenda.

Jennifer Graves, for a Special Occasion known as Dancing with the Stars, event held at Carl Perkins Civic Center, to sell, store, and serve beer on October 22, 2026.

Cara Hickerson, for a Special Occasion known as The Jackson Symphony League,will hold a series of events at the Carl Perkins Civic Center and will sell, store, and serve beer on dates ranging from September 12, 2026, through December 5, 2026.

Melissa Spurgeon, for a Special Occasion known as West Tennessee Foundation Healthcare Foundation, will hold two events. The first event will be held at 237 Wiley Parker Road on November 13, 2026. The second event will be held at Carl Perkins Civic Center on November 14, 2026. At both events, beer will be sold, stored, and served.

Mark Winston, for a Special Occasion known as West Theta Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, INC. event held at the Jackson Fairgrounds, to sell, store, and serve beer on September 19, 2026.
